3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted through our online store.

• Payment must be made in full at checkout using secure payment methods.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada.

• Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All purchases are final sale. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on olive oil products.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Quebec’s legal warranty of quality.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s).

• We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
